Important

Our office ergonomic seats are made on order. Because of the special nature of the chairs, we have no stock. Delivery as indicated is usually 3 to 4 weeks, if it is likely to exceed this expectation, you will be informed. Contact us immediately if your items are not delivered after shipping confirmation. Please keep all original packagings, as these must be used for any retracting, otherwise this will result in additional costs.

Mounting :

All of us ergonomic seats are delivered ready to mount, complete assembly and use instructions are provided, no tool is required for mounting.


Delivery costs :

The delivery cost is specified directly in the shopping cart when ordering, the delivery is made in front of your door or at the bottom of your building. However, courier companies reserve the right to refuse delivery if there is restricted access or items preventing delivery. Unfortunately, we have no control over this aspect of delivery. If the delivery could not be made the carrier will leave a notice of passage or contact you to program a new delivery.
